Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Diesel Truck Mechanic to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and trailers. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on diesel trucks and trailers
• Perform engine and transmission repairs and rebuilds
• Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes, tune-ups, and inspections
• Utilize diagnostic software and tools for troubleshooting
• Perform welding and fabrication when required
• Keep detailed records of services performed and parts used
• Ensure safety and compliance with all repair procedures

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a diesel mechanic (preferred)
• Technical certification or trade school training (preferred but not required)
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair software
• Strong knowledge of truck systems including engines, brakes, transmissions, and electrical
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)
